Allow Alts to have access in Personal Housing

Probably because its considered an alternate. Same reason they don't share relics and such >.>. SO technically a whole different character with different inventory and such which in a weird common sense type of way is the purpose of an alternate? Now if your plot is a FC that is a different story. Then again you can just switch leadership between them and such or be a one man FC and use extras to your advantage.

SE system is a bit broken, imo, when it comes to what is allowed and the availability they have. If I read the number right in a previous thread if housing was cross server cross data center there would not be enough houses anyways, so while the moving server suggestion that is popular would help a bit.. there would still be issues. But I'd do what you suggest if I was going to sweep up another house for myself. Easier or harder depending on your situation.

Assuming people actually use their alts they will be able to quickly whip a FC together and spend the short amount of time it takes to get to rank 6 (iirc) to buy a house. Then use the alt to buy the house in the area you want and leave the entrance open to all, now you can visit whenever you want on your main and if you'd really like you can temporarily join your FC shell to trade items and help decorate without actually having to switch characters.

The ease if you have a friend who is willing to work with you joining and leave, bit more painful if you dont and want to stay in your current non-shell FC. Still reading what some people are considering - having to sell your current house (on main), then buy your current house (on alt), then be ready to buy another house in 4.0 and maybe not get one on your main (cause full server lol).. *shiver* ugh man lol.
