Quick Questions Regarding Palace of the Dead

Hi everyone!

I just started exploring the wonderful Palace of the Dead. It's been a blast!

Seeing that there were no players from the Coeurl server listed in the rankings, I decided that I'd make a try for floor 200. Why? Because it's there!

However, the language used in the official guide is confusing.

"All floors after floor 100 are designed strictly as a challenge for players. As such, you cannot enter with a matched party. Furthermore, your Party KO count must be zero in order to enter."

Does that mean only fixed parties can go beyond floor 100? Or is there the option to go solo?

Secondly, I dislike the red & black weapons I've been seeing around. Is there an option to obtain a white weapon as a reward? I really like the lightsaber look.

Fixed party only refers to whatever your current party make up is. So yes, you can attempt to solo it. Keep in mind, it's considerably harder. You will also need to start at floor 51 and survive all the way to 200 without a single death.

1. Going solo is a fixed party. Matched party is when you queue as less than a group of four and are matched with other players to make a group of four.

2. The i255 Kinna weapons are all red/black. The i235 Padjali weapons are different for each class and usually close in colour to the associated job soul stone.

I understand now. Wow, no deaths allowed from floor 51 onward, it sounds like Sword Art Online. Thank goodness I'm a healer.

I'll need three companions if I'm even going to have a shot at floor 100 and beyond. I like challenges and all but there is no sense in shooting myself in the foot.

These Padjali weapons sound interesting. I guess I'll have to earn one in order to see what it looks like. Wait! I'm so silly! Oh glorious voice of Google, grant me a vision of a Padjali weapon...

it only full party wipe that stop you from entering 101 or end your run if your 101+ from 51-200 you can die and still carry on just not if it a full party wipe. dont know if timing out does anything not timed out in there let
