Ah! I think your talking about the "Striped Summer Seas Vest" and its a 2 piece with unstriped shorts. Whereas this is a one piece suit. Like the guy in the picture here. Combine this with a SCH hat and Eos/Selene sitting on his shoulder like Minions do (would be nice if this were actually a thing), that would almost be dead on for SCH lol
