One question: why?
I'm fine with furniture and gear added there, they're never the same and change each year.
But Pa-Paya? That's the same music ever since this event exists and is kinda emblematic to it. So why not propose it to the in game NPC each year??

Since people have been buying the items from the previous years' events, I think this Mog Station event stuff is set in stone. Until people stop buying it, I don't think SE will think of changing it. We got the music from the quest last time, same as all the other last year events in the Mog Station.

Yup.. Its one reason why I feel sad for new players because they'll never have access to this stuff unless they pull out there wallets.

the sad thing is it is that or they dont get accsess at all if i recall originally they wernt sure if they were going to do that out of fairness to those who were subscribed during the time of the event, eventually they changed to you get it for 'free' by being subbed during the time and an additional fee if you missed or wernt a memeber at that time.

The subscription fee give you the music every year during the event if you visit the event place.
The scroll is not part of the subscription, it is a last event reward.
The option was to bring it to mog shop like with the event gears, or not at all like with the furnitures before SE brought them also to the mog shop.

noted SE used to have an NPC that re-sold old event gear while introducing new ones and in ff11 they added to the events that were popular. (like halloween had 4 mini games built over times) so don't use the "not at all" as a reason, as the sub fee did go to the making of said item.
