People using the free trial will still not be able to take any classes past level 35, can't use pf or trade with others, no access to the market board and a number of chat modes, and can't join FCs. There are other limitations as well. I guess the only thing is that someone can play completely free while getting all of their classes to 35, which still isn't saying much and locks them out of plenty of content. I believe the gil cap for the free trial is something low like 20k, so even if they upgrade they won't break the game or economy.

For example someone can make 20 free trial accounts and play every TT tournament against himself in off-hours. Free trials have full access to Gold Saucer content.

Can they used the triple triad battlehall? They changed the way tournaments worked a few patches ago.
