    Windows 10 32bit install

ARR trial runs pretty good. I tried the Heavensward benchmark and it crashed. 7 year old PC, expecting to get a new one or just get the PS4 version. I was about to upgrade my display drivers...

Dell Dimension E520, Pentium D processor, 2GB of RAM, card reads as a AMD Radeon HD 7450 though I think the box said "6450" on it.

If I can't run Heavensward or Stormblood, here I go buying a PS4.

EDIT: Oh and the NPCs sometimes didn't load whenever I walk into the area they are supposed to be in so it takes like two mins for them to be spawned.

They have specifically asked people to not use a 32bit OS.

Where does it say that? What exactly is the quote?

I tried installing win10 64bit but it kept resetting my PC with no error messages. I wonder if I can run windows 7 64 bit?

They said it at one of the FanFests (the first one?). They're not planning on dropping 32-bit support any time soon, but it was heavily hinted/suggested that people should look at moving to 64-bit. The way I personally read it was that 4.0 will be 32-bit and 64-bit, but maybe 5.0 will be 64-bit only.

To the best of my knowledge all of the Pentium D processors can run 64-bit Windows, but those processors are about 10 years old now. You're also (realistically) going to need more than 2GB RAM if you're putting a 64-bit version of Windows on your computer (it'll run, but it won't be great). You also can't convert 32-bit to 64-bit, it requires a clean install (as in backup/wipe/reinstall Windows from scratch and put everything back on).

They've said Stormblood will have higher requirements than ARR and HW (I don't think they're released what exactly though), but given all of the above, you're probably best either playing on PS4 or looking at getting a new PC, sorry.

If your choice is a console or an extremely low end PC... I would go with the console. The console is, at least, built for gaming rather than bare minimum computing, and integrated graphics aren't really recommended for gaming of any kind.

If you do prefer to game on the PC but need to keep to a budget, there are websites that can help with that.
