April 2015 was the release of the HW Benchmark, don't know the exact day/date. I assume we will see the storm blood benchmark around late/end of april or/and beginning of may.

That makes the least sense.... The point of a benchmark is to see how well your system runs the game. If they release it at E3 that wouldn't give time for people to upgrade if they need to.

I agree with that, but I can't think of any other big event pre-release where they could announce it

Like someone said before, they released the Heavensward Benchmark in April so I won't be surprised they announce it in a Live Letter in April and say the date.

27/04/2015 was the date for the 3.0 Benchmark. So hopefully next month. Though I wouldn't be surprised if we wait longer as Yoshi-P is keen not to rush things.

With all concerns about the change of reqs, and a good number of pc players sitting on the 'minimum' spec tier and afraid to still be able to play, it is better it being released asap.
