Kick inactive people out of a private house?

My friend found a new plot and needs to sell her old house.
But there is still one inactive person inside of the house who won't be back for a day, because of this, the house can't be sold.
Is there a way to kick inactive people out of the house and let them teleport to a safezone or something??

Is the player on? Because as far as I know, if you logged out inside the house, the game puts you outside automatically

I'm the one with this issue. How do I kick them out. They're AFK at work while I've found a great plot. I'm infuriated. I want to rip my hair out

They're online, AFK in my house.

Unfortunately, you cannot kick the player outside. They need to dc, enter a duty, or leave on their own. However, I do not know if you can relinquish the plot with the player inside. Have you tried doing that? It might let you and just automatically kick the player outside. Also, if they are a tenant, you can remove tenant status, even if they are in the house.

Fairly sure you can still remove the estate hall (demolish the house, but not relinquish the land) while the person is inside and it'll throw them outside. Apologies if this is what you were trying. Only mentioning in case you were trying to relinquish the plot without removing the estate hall first as that definitely won't let you regardless of if someone is in it or not.

Failing that it might be worth contacting a GM in game to get them to move them outside.
