PVP Matchmaking Algorithm for Arenas 8v8

Please alter the matchmaking for the arena maps SE. In arena we need two healers, a tank and five damage dealers.

Arena is not like Frontline where PVP gear doesn't matter, a lot of people queuing for arena don't have the ability to change roles(the gear and the knowledge).

It doesn't provide a very fun experience when your team doesn't have anyone who can switch roles. I had one equal and fun match in 8v8 out of a whole day of PVP. Please alter the algorithm to make sure each team gets a tank and healers with their damage dealers.

EDIT: Have the algorithm put a little focus in forming compositions.
