    Yeah you have made multiple threads about this and you wont get an answer here. This is not the place where you ask things like that, you need to contact the actual support team. Don't bother with GMs in game, they will tell you to do the same thing...contact support.

    Lodestone > help and support > customer service

    Sadly you are most likely out of luck. SE is very picky about returning lost items. Even hacked accounts cannot get their items back or character reset. But best of luck. Just don't expect miracles.
