Well i think we'll start even more fights for revenge and stuff... Basically we will bring more chaos as there already is.

In this case it will be the Eorzian Alliance trying to Free Ala Mhigo

Keep in mind that at the NA Fanfest, Koji talked about how Stormblood was maybe the 40th name they came up with, due to various localization and trademark issues. I'm sure it has significance, but I don't think we should believe that the name has been painstakingly handcrafted to perfectly convey a ton of very specific meanings that we can read deeply into. I think it might be better to think of it as a "thematic" name, as opposed to pointing at something extremely specific in the plot. "Storm" = war, as well as the ocean. "Blood" = war, the color red, passion, etc.
