I think that the lower level healer LBs should be a LB3-style rez on the target, with lesser healing on all the rest, giving you a good card to play in a pinch without feeling cheated.

I'd like to see that indeed, I'd also like it to be instant cast like the tank LB is.. can still get some animation lock, but the effect itself should be fast.
And I'd like to see some MP return from using healer LB in any form, something like 20% should be fine.
