Fellow European here! You likely play with 120~ ping right now, worst case scenario it will hit 200~ and you may have to run from AoEs in advance.
Best case scenario it will hit 160 for you (currently 160~ for me) , it's perfectly playable and enjoyable all the way through endgame content.
I've been on Malboro for 2 years and really don't want to move either.

I am from germany and i just ran a test for servers located in LA... The average ping was 210+ while the ping right now to Goblin is ~101. A move to the west coast would double up my ping and would be a reason to quit the game. I hope they'll offer some kind of transfers to the EU data center when this happens. I don't wanna lose my house AND all my money to play with normal reactions.
