I'm not SE so I can't tell you for sure, but then neither are the people running the Korean servers (I believe it's Nexon), so I really wouldn't worry. SE licence the game to them, but they have nothing to do with it's operation/policies such as merging servers and losing houses.

SE have never suggested anything about merging OUR servers together or us losing houses, in fact they're telling us the opposite and that they're increasing housing in the upcoming 4.0.

So yeh... really wouldn't worry.
