I don't think Leih is closely related to them. She might be a relative but not close. They way the game seems to describe it Zhloe and Khloe lost their parents quite a while ago and Zhloe worked to pay off their debts. Leih's parents died relatively recently when her village was wiped out during the Calamity.
Considering how cosmopolitan the city states are it wouldn't be that surprising for a lot of Miqote to no longer be following the traditional clan family structure, particularly if they grew up in the culture of one of the city states. The child in question mentioned that her parents were adventurers so it wouldn't be surprising for them to have met and had a child while traveling. The weird thing is that the Mi'qitten that lost her parents in Idyllshire is a Seeker, so her having a "father" is a little odd, given the structure of their tribes. Even if he stepped down as a Nuhn, wouldn't he have other children? The only other possibility I could see is, if wasn't a breeding male, and him and his wife running away since they "had a child" not under the proper rules of their tribe. The fact that they "were" in Idyllshire might support this as I believe it is unlawful for a male to breed if he is not a nuhn.

Maybe "Aliapoh" is like the Miqo'te name equivalent of something common like "Jones", second only to a last name like Tia ("Smith").
The Jones reference makes sense, but the Tia one doesn't. Tia is part of the Seeker tribes and isn't a "last name" per se, its just denotes who is a non-breeding male. The main reason for that, as stated by the lore, is because each male is viewed as the start of a new family line. In other words male Seekers are gigalos with a harem, lol.
I like helping people with their Job ideas, it's fun to help them visuallize and create the job they'd like to play most. Plus I make my own too, I'll post them eventually.
