Deep dungeon gives way too much exp as it is. If anything it should give less XP. Deep dungeon is the reason why we have such a bad players when they only level in there and cant handle their jobs. So no please.

Why not both?
Keep the XP rate in PotD as is, and raise the XP gained from other areas such as dungeons in stormblood, and offer a daily quest. Maybe you get a free accursed hoard for each floor per day.
Problem is that lowering the XP actually won't matter. PotD will always be the optimal levelling route no matter what the XP ratio is like for one key reason: party comp doesn't matter so DPS queues are fast, and well... the two new jobs are DPS.

This doesn't make sense.
The issue players have of being "bad" is because they don't understand their rotations. This is a flaw because all the skills aren't taught in a cohesive manner. We have (1) level stupid dungeons with incomplete rotations, or (2) have every skill thrown at your face at once and pray for the best.
The game doesn't start until cap level. Your suggestion is to literally punish players for being exposed to way too much or not enough.

I hope the devs are listening. We need the devs to please listen.

Honestly I believe they should probably just lock the place down until you get at least one class/job to 60th... because having to spend time in a dungeon with someone that doesn't know their job by that point..... is something you will know and likely have felt keenly at some point or another...
It makes one much more likely to not make the mistake themselves... and to actually learn.

Well, even if you were to level all the way to 60 via PotD on your first job, you'd have to do all the MSQ dungeons and trials on the way up anyway. That's Sastasha, Tam-Tara, Copperbell, Toto-Rak, Haukke, Brayflox, Quarn, Stone Vigil, Snowcloak, Keeper of the Lake, Sohm Al, Aery, Vault, Gubal and Aetherochemical. Solo duties and trials go extra.
Same goes if you were to level via FATEs. Honestly? I don't think that anyone who hasn't learned by that point can be made to learn.

yeah, good was the time before they released deep dungeon... everyone could play their class, high dps, tanks who used cooldowns, healers who were staying around... farm parties were actual farming and not failing... good memories...
Id say unsync is the reason not deep dungeon I have actually learned how to do some things in deep dungeon you dont learn anything in unsync content

the problem is that you lvl way to fast, regardless of your lvling method. i was lvling my DRK in normal dungeons. i even started with sastasha to learn from low lvl, then i leveld my gladiatior to learn provoke and awarness. i was reading guids, had knowledge about all dungeons and knew what to expect from a tank. when i hit 50 i was going through all lvl 50 dungeons, just to get practice and learn the dungeons as tank. however, when i hit 60 i still had many problems with the class, mana management, using def cds right... it doesn't help that lvling and endgame dungeons are played completely different. and of course there are no tank swap mechanics at all in dungeons and the whole OT role doesn't exist.
