    It's the crafted Arachne Set, IIRC.

    EDIT: Yup, that's what it is. Need a level 50 weaver (and leatherworker for the feet) with the 4-star master book to be able to make it. http://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/Arachne_Scouting_Set is the Gamerscape link for it.
