In the Saucer there is no gambling at all. Gambling is by definition a game of chance in which you win or lose depending your luck. The only thing nearest it, is the cacpot BUT there you always win the consolation prize, thats is more than the price of ticket you purchased. No gambling nowhere.

With the Mini Cactpot, the tickets cost 100 MGP +, but prizes can be as low as 36 MGP. The odds are stacked in the players favour so you're unlikely to make a loss in the long run, but its still possible.

Triple Triad costs MGP to play, and if you lose you get only a small fraction returned. Whether you win or lose is part skill, part luck (especially luck dependent on a Random or Roulette rule set). You can usually improve your odds in casino card games by playing well, but they're still considered gambling.

Winning or losing the GATE "Any way the wind blows" is pure chance, although there are particular spots you can stand on to improve your odds a little.

To be Gambling, player needs have a chance of losing in the activities where luck is the most part of the game.

Mini Cacpot have odds in favour of player, that means you always win, and it is a matemathical win, how much tries you need is not important.
TT is a skill game, much or less you can put random factors in it, but is a skill game.
Any GATE is made that in the long run you gain more MGP than you have spent to participate.

SE didn't done things by case and the the Challenge Log about the Saucer makes sure in the long run you always gain more mgp than you spent in there participating anything. Lose a gate 10 times and you get 5k MGP.
