Considering the cats are voidsent their hostility is fine and as people have said Sea of Clouds is more populated with hostile than others within a smaller walking area. They thin it out better later difficulty on themy remains the same so long as u pick up gear. IMO I want harder open world but I don't expect too much in SB.
