Oh don't worry you will eventually want all classes but do so at your own pace to avoid burnout. Healers as example would want to level thaumaturge for swiftcast.
I would simply suggest you level lancer atm and when you have your Bard to 60 can worry about the rest.

Blood for Blood is an absolute must for any good Bard, or any physical class. You don't need it right away for 60 content, but if you intend to raid/extreme primals, you absolutely need it. May as well get it sooner rather than later. You'll also need Invigorate from Lancer if you want to have any hope of keeping TP, so you may as well just suck it up and level lancer.
