It's not just female only, some designs don't incluse all armor parts and some aare front view only. That's what frustrates me about the selection. I'd rather see more designs that can actually be implemented than pretty honorary mentions that can't even be bothered to fulfill the requrements.
I mean you don't have to show both genders in your design. They state in the rules that if you don't show both genders, changes may be made to your design to fit the other gender.
