I loved all the entries, but these two are easily my favorite, in this order. Very Final Fantasy, and brilliantly designed.

congratulations to all the winners!
This was my entry for the contest. Since the wardrobes of Eorzea's healers brim with robes and dresses, I thought I'd give them a different style. This gear was the product of a sporty-meets-punk idea. Since this was a generic healer outfit, I included elements that reflect the 3 healing classes present in the game. I chose the stars, moon, and sun for AST (feet and hands pieces); butterfly wings for SCH (chest piece) (fairies and all :P); and flowers for WHM (legs piece) (using earth, wind, and water was a bit tough to pull off). Since the wings are also often associated with healers, I gave one to the remaining piece of gear (head piece).

This is a really cute outfit, but I'd have been super disappointed if they'd actually made the pants just plain capris for male characters, since their asymmetrical design is actually my favorite part. I'm also curious how the hat would look with Miqo'te ears, since whether a given item goes with ear pouches or holes really makes or breaks a hat design for me.
I really like the gloves, too; we don't have anything quite like them yet, so as long as they dyed well they'd win themselves a firm spot in my glamour rotation.

The reason I decided to have capris pants for males was that I felt the design was a bit too feminine ^^; But now that I think about it, perhaps only removing the thigh accessory would've been a good idea. As for the hat, I kinda forgot that the ear pouches were a possiblity. In my head, having holes for Miqo'te ears was the natural thing to do. I've never been a Miqo'te, so I'm not sure how their ears are handled when it comes to hats with pouches. If they hide the earrings (which I suppose they do), then having holes would've been my choice. It'd be a shame to lose the earrings as a glamour option.
