Issue: When capped on scrips, the NPC from the Grand Company Squadron will say

"Unable to Receive all of the Following" but does not mention the item in question. It has been happening since the release of Grand Company Squadrons and hasn't been fixed. It makes it confusing for the player to determine what was capped since it doesn't mention what was capped. I am unsure if this is a localization error or a bug.

1. When Mission is complete talk to Quartermaster to receive reward
2. Quartermaster will say if mission is successful
3. If reward is Scrips and it is more than cap, Quatermaster will say "Unable to receive the following" but will not mention it is Scrips but is Blank.
