I also posted this in the bugs forum as well, but if you cannot receive more scrips due to hitting the cap, the Quatermaster says

"Unable to receive all of the following:"


But there is no item mentioned. It should tell you Blue Crafters/Gatherer's Scrips

I am happy to see that we do get a warning dialog, but I chalk this up to a localization error or bug that we're not specifically told what we cannot receive, and may confuse players and further cheat them out of their rewards.
