Launcher Window too Small

It started around patch 3.3 or so, I don't remember precisely. Every time I start FFXIV up, and I do it through Steam if that makes a difference. My window starts at a decent size, then as it loads up it shrinks down and is very difficult to read. Is there anyway to prevent this? I have a large 4k monitor and I feel this window just doesn't really work for it anymore. It use to just fine, not sure what changed or why.

These screenshots were taken as I clicked the game, started it running, one after another.

EDIT: I logged in today, and the window was fine. Not sure what changed, I've had this problem for at least a month now. But it's gone now.
