Improving community and gameplay synergy

I know its easy to complain about something or someone in the game but lets have a challenge: Ways to improve the game within reason and improve player relations during content.

I think we should brainstorm to buff AND nerf general things as well as thinking of visual things to avoid problems like bad timing with conflicting actions of stuns and effects that suffer from mistimed stuns among other things.

Time spent waiting for stormblood should be spent on thinking what can be made better rather than just whats wrong.

I think I've seen more of these threads than anything lately; people saying things like "Let's be positive about X!" or "I actually like [insert thing that people are complaining about lately]" or even still "Thanks Yoshi-P!" etc. so I think your sentiments are mirrored within a lot of people. However, as I've commented one of these threads before, the forum would be barren if the game was perfect and people had no complaints. It's like when I worked at a call center; people call when there's a problem, not when they want to compliment the company.

As far as improvements to the game, whatever prevents me from being bored works for me. I have no friends or FC to play with so I'm hanging on by a thread here. Grinding is boring as heck, especially without people to suffer alongside you. Community wise, that's a cultural issue. I only wish I could speak Japanese so I could hang out on one of their servers. They seem to be really into working together and helping each other out.
