The example incorporates a somewhat unrelated idea of making primal drops craft-able parts as opposed to completed weapons... It's meant to show the possibilities of the system, but it's not really the main thrust of the scenario.

You could substitute any current recipe in the example. Essentially, you put a bonus reward out there for HQ success (not sure how this would work with the upcoming HQ revisions, but you should get the idea)
