For me, i have different standards depending on the content that I'm doing. And indeed, as long as we clear in the end, i don't particularly care how long it takes, except in certain cases.

Daily duty roulette? I won't even say anything to the ice mages or the tanks that only pull single packs at a time and then wait 1 minute at a time before pulling the next (i might ridicule them on fc chat though). One, it's not worth my time to try to educate or argue with them, and two for all i know there may be a valid reason for them being unable to do better (and if there is any content that such players is allowed to do, it is this one). If the content ended up taking twice the time, so be it, no big deal. If I'm not in the mood for such shenanigans on the day, I would not queue solo at all, i would look to party with people I know or just don't do it at all.

Extreme trials? When queuing through rf, i would still accept heal-only healers and dps that do 50% of the optimum dps, which in the end is about the same amount of raid dps loss. As long there is still enough overall dps to avoid enrage, having to do more mechanics and a longer fight is not a big deal. But if it is a pf farm party, the standard would be higher, since when you are doing it many times, efficiency do matter. It still depends on how easy it would likely be to find a replacement, though. It is often more efficient to just tolerate the under-performer that you know is still capable of clearing.

Savage? Only doing this with a static, people who i know are capable. And when we do have to pug/rf to replace a member who could not make it, the expectations placed are very high indeed.
