Its the Theme song from the game in your Sig...

The one that plays when you ride the Magitek Mount. I think its actually called Terra's Theme. But its the opening song to the game too.

That was my favorite of the FF games with FF7 being my second.

Tears for Mor Dhona - In palace of the dead every once in awhile.

My favourite is Tranquility.

It plays during emotional moments in quests and I think it's just lovely.

Twilight over Thanalan is also great, if only because it reminds me of my first character and his encounter with "Lady Lilira". :P

Main themes aside, I'd say Skylords, Painted Foothills and Night in the Brume. Beautiful pieces that really capture the atmosphere of the areas they're in, and Heavensward itself.
