Black listing when a player is offline? Please.

Hello, I have been strongly advised by a GM to make a post here so I am. I broke up with my ex about s month ago and have told him to stop contacting me. However because he had me on his friend list on other alternate characters he is STILL contacting me a month later through moogle mail logging in only to harass me with messages, logging in when I am not online so I cant blacklist him. He sends me regular moogle mails after I told him to never contact me again. At this point he is really starting to bring me down and there is nothing I can do to stop it. Could you please incorporate black listing when a player is offline? It would make things so much easier and I could ake care of my problem by blacklisting my ex's alt characters. I don't know what to do anymore I need something to be done. I have called a GM twice and am posting here now. Anything that can be done to prevent this kind of thing would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your time.

Definitely an issue. A friend of mine had the same problem. If you unfriend someone they shouldn't be able to send you moogle mail.

It kind of defeats the point of having to request/approve Friend status if once done you don't have the right to withdraw that approval.

Anyway, I agree with both things. We should be able to blacklist someone regardless whether they're online at the time or not. And removing them from our Friend list should also remove us from their Friend list. (In a similar vein, if you've done the ceremony of eternal bonding and gotten the rings that let you teleport to each other, when you "divorce" by throwing away your ring, your former partner's ring should no longer be able to teleport them to you.) It makes no sense that we can only block our own access and not others' access to us.

I'd like to see this feature added too. Also when removing someone off your friend list it needs to remove you off theirs also...I learned the hard way that for some reason it don't work that way :s
