    This dual benefit argument is weak because currently we can already glamour using the item then hand it in for seals. There's no good reason to take the additional step to make the player's life difficult.

    Also... there's no need to add an extra Loggable/Non-loggable state if the system doesn't destroy the item in the first place. It's redundant and over-complicated for no good purpose really...
