I support it and I don't care in what way it comes in or is made off. Could be the most awful looking menu button I still want it lol. At least I could remove 4 of my retainers completely or use them for something actual useful.

I feel that once that technology is in it will make their jobs easier. So much information is stored on a lot of gear, why not give us a way to get rid of stuff that we're no longer using.
Spare me from your mockery on priorities. Just as people are free to voice their suggestion, be it good or bad, I'm free to get pissed on something which I think is ridiculous. Be it in life or in game, there is only so much BS one can take.
Back on topic, I actually saw that post Naunet posted before and I think it would be nice if we can get something similar.

Well, remember that it was asked before:

I just hope that it wont be like they were talking about Addons to be add 3 months after 2.0, yet we still waiting for it... (or not...)

Again this thread was made because Yoshi P said at PAX East such a feature was possible and so this is to help demonstrate player interest in the feature.Well, remember that it was asked before:

"R: Players enjoy keeping many glamour sets which they switch between frequently. Are there any plans on making a "glamour log" system where obtained pieces of gear are glamorable without having the physical item, like the WoW transmog log?
Y: *Yoshida thinks for a bit* When asked is it physically possible, it’s possible. It’s not impossible but there’s so many different things that we do want to in terms of UI that I’m afraid the priority isn’t as high on our list. Leading up to 4.0, we are setting up the UI so that each job has their own sort of user interface and there are many different tasks that are on our priority list so it might take a bit more time before we can address it."
*Heavy Breathing*
Must...Have...Glamour Log!!!! 8D
This is a must have and a HUGE QoL improvement imagine all the space we would all save and how stress it would relieve from the retainers having to bring these items to us when we need them <3 Yes Yoshi please give us this!!

The reason I'm ok with the destroying items idea is that I think the developers will prefer it, rather than that it benefits me. Obviously it's better for us if we can still desynth or trade in the items after adding them to our log, but it reduces demand (slightly) if everyone gets dual benefit from each item which in turn reduces the time taken to do things which in turn reduces subscriptions. You should obviously still be able to glamour 'non-logged' items as normal if you want to do it that way, to accommodate things like the anima weapon. Which should probably be non-loggable in the first place until the questline is complete, to avoid people making mistakes they will later regret.

Aren't we introduced to that node which produces replica anima weapons?
If people don't read or are dumb enough to log their actual anima weapon, it's their fault lol.

Sadly, it does seem to be the case that there are are fair few people who don't read (or indeed think). Having the anima locked out while it's current content is a small price to pay to spare the GMs hours of silly support tickets :s
