I would love a glamour log to be able to store all my glamour items, I don't really keep items for stats unless they're in my armoury chest.
♥ Baby, tell me, what's your motive? ♥
we NEEEEEEEEED this <3
While it does clean up inventory a bunch, its bound to cause issues.
While I am looking forward to that idea, I wouldn't hold my breath. Its something that is surprisingly hard to implement and there will be many iterations of it before they get it right. In most games that have done this so far, it caused more trouble than it was first until like 6 months to a year after it was introduced.
So, yes. I am interested. But I wouldn't expect that feature this year. Perhaps next year unless they just decide on not doing it at all.
Uhm... what issues are you refering to and why should it be hard to be implemented? o.OWhile it does clean up inventory a bunch, its bound to cause issues.

You have a collection of every existing piece (which already exist in a database... you just have to implement something showing this) and if you have bound one piece to your character (fought with it once or glamoured it once like you already have to, to get that 1%) that typical piece will get an index 1 (= boolean = confirmed = able to glamour).
Voila.
A glamour log would probably be one of the biggest features to address inventory space concerns for me... give please!
How many men am I involved with? Well that depends... do you mean men as in males? Or just midlanders?
Would revitalize old content if there was an index of what you were missing and if you could preview it on your character even if you didn't have it. Since they seem to like doing this by adding triple triad cards, orchestrion rolls and craftable glamour to old content this wouldn't be a bad way of giving another incentive to run older content. It even includes crafters.
Oh man to think of all bag space I will have if this ever happens! Yes please!
Why is it necessary for someone to say every request ever is impossible right away? It's obviously not impossible to do. A glamour log like the orchestrion log would add a ton of extra replay value and lighten the inventory load we're all moaning about all the time; it's definitely worth it. If you can try things on you haven't unlocked yet, it would even increase Mog Station sales - I know that's not going to be a popular thing to say, but it's important because it shows that it's in Square-Enix's financial interest to develop this feature. Several times I've avoided buying some item or other because I can't tell how it will look on my character or how it will dye/match and don't want to take the risk when a lot of gear looks dorky on him. If I can try it on in the glamour log, I'll be more motivated to go ahead and buy it if the gear looks good. Same with rerunning content for gear pieces I don't have yet.
Yes please. It'll free up so much room from my retainers and my armoury chest.
