The sheer cheapness of agate & basilisk whetstones not to mention that they're all easily quicksynthed enmasse by GSM itself means you can easily grind from even 80 with unmelded agate rings, pop tinkers bacon and don't even worry that your success rate is pitiful because it costs next to nothing. There's your "streamline": nil cost
