Limsa low quests

sooo, I get to Limsa, picked up some of the quests inside, had one called 'a sheepish request', thought, finally getting some killquests again.. Its level 3.. why? Is this for leveling other classes? I am so confused

I think I need to learn more about all of this, maybe watch some videos..

Since it's possible to start your character in Limsa, Ul'dah or Gridania, they all have low level sidequests. You can definitely play through those on a lower class if you want to.

Also, when you're leveling your first class, it may be a good idea to just focus on the Main Scenario Quests as much as possible. You shouldn't need to do a lot of extra things for EXP between main scenario, your hunting logs and your weekly challenge log. But you of course can, if you want to (and some quests give nice free gear relevant to your level).

So if im reading you right, the Gridanians decided to send you as an envoy to the other cities, and youre getting away from your home town for the first time. The quests you see in the other towns are the starter quests for the people who chose those towns to begin. As a rule, you can ignore those quests, and save them for when you might decide to level another class. I would make an exception for any quest that unlocks new content, but in general the quests you run into in the other towns are for those people and just to provide more lore about the town in general.
