Suggestions: Housing wait list

While the suggestions are fine, the end truth is: housing system here is the worst I have seen and I have played several MMOs with it. I suggest if you are unable to camp sites, quit and find another game until they fix/overhaul the system. The only way to make them fix is lost subs. Every player with the gil deserves to have 1 house, it's ludicrous. I camped for my small then prayed while I was demolishing that the medium I wanted would still be there when done...bad system is bad.

This isn't like other MMO's. They gave options for apartments, and such. Also take into consideration player base keeps growing there is no way for SE to have a special house reserve for each individual player.Too much of a time waster of funds and manpower when they can limit and focus more on player complains that make sense like such as adjustments, upcoming content, and such. If people are to concern about a place to belong they can get a room in their FC housing for 200k. If they want to decorate they can try for apartments, more reasonable they would expand that which is more like other MMO's.... Or they can do what most people did and currently do, see my suggestions. It's not a bad system, its very fair. People just don't want to put in the effort, research, explore their option, or want to be patient. First come , First serve seems fair.Should we also give everyone a trophy for trying a sport just because they play it? Oh wait people already do that because they feel bad for the kids. Should we give everyone a trophy for participating in The Feast? even if they only maybe tried once? Your suggestion is pretty good. revenue drives ideas and sets how much of a priority it will be. If people abandon the property and you feel screwed how is it SE fault? Bad timing. If you think about it why do players want a house? to form an FC? Extra space and decoration? Why not just ask FC for rights or give ideas for new look? They can decorate their room. They can get an apartment if any. If they want to decorate why not play The Sims then? Point is there are a lot of options to get what people want. Gill is easy to make. I constantly have people asking me to sell my property, just because they want FC benefits. If you have a FC, you can buy a second property as personal and so forth. Depends on what your doing. Just like in real life if you buy a house and the neighbors sell it after you move in, who are you going to blame? Personally I would blame myself for not taking more time to do my homework. On that note I'm preparing already, saving my gill, taking time off as soon as I know date for housing.
