    I don't main healers in this game because of this meta-thought of "dps must heal or kick", but I have played enough healers in the past and in other games to say this: When I heal in those games, I can dps just fine without sacrificing anything. No silly stance mechanic, no crappy stat swapping, nothing, and this actually encouraged me to be more offensive at times, although I might forgetting one or two games where this was an exception. (excluding FFXIV of course)

    With that said, I think they could make healers benefit from MND to their damage and yes it will require a lot of rebalancing (which is not our problem: they ARE an AAA company, they should be able to do this) but not only it could basically incite healers to dps more but could also open new possible classes (like a melee based healer). Having one stat to work for all instead of focusing on two really benefits the class (heck I still want tanks to only have VIT without any STR in their gear!)

    But I dunno and until then, I'll stick with tanks. Press 1-2-3 to win and good stance dancing too (I'm a warrior)
