gm's see every bit of info in the chat logs. from my experience no gm unfairly suspends people when being harassed, more so when nicely asking them to stop.Will there be improvements on customer service? The last Q and A shown someone having problems with someone getting though support. My friend really wants to speak to someone above the NA call center GMs for an unfair suspension over simply telling someone stop harassing her.
your friend may have been suspended over breaking a tos rule not tied to the situation.
I would be running into privacy issues if I detailed why you are wrong. I also was there seeing it happening. Ill say this though, in this situation they fell short in understanding context.
It is well known they have customer service issues and was even publicly viewed recently in a Q and A. So I am sticking with my question about an appeal process when they drop the ball like this situation.
