Wow, all this toxicity in this thread. This is exactly the reason why there are so few healers in DF. You guys make me sick!

Ummmm...excuse me, what? Ever since 3.5 hit, my queues to doing expert and 60 roulettes have been taking much longer, and its not very rare that I'm #20+ or #30+ in the queue.

I hope people are gonna keep on kicking you, I sure will if I see you slacking, although thats very unlikely because I usually take the healer spot in roulettes BECAUSE I'm worried about getting a healer like you.

That's not actually about what YoshiP said but the eternal debat of the heal DPS with a yes from the elitists and a no from normal people. Cleric stance basically exist for main heals to be able to quest alone without spending 1hour for each mobs but seems like some people don't get that.

So I am an elitist for using cleric stance in the DF? I do it because 1. board and 2. to end the DF quicker. The only reason some "casuals" say no to cleric stance in DFs has to do with not knowing the runs (when will so in so take a big hit) and the fact they do not know how to spot crappy tanks. I bet you to most people a good tank is simply one that holds hate. That is a passable tank, not a good one. A good one allows you to end runs in 10-15 mins, actually contribute to the total DPS while migrating damage so the healer can do so as well.

But you're a healer! you MUST only play your role and ask people to group with you to quest. See where I'm going with this? it's only part of your class for your convenience with this argument.

I'm getting really sick of people telling me how to play AST. I have been kick numerous times from DF because apparently as a HEALER I have to use my cards. I don't understand, I'm a healer, here to HEAL. Why should I be forced to use cards to buff the party? Yoshida even said in the Q&A that healers should mainly focus on healing.
Please stop this elitism!!

As a healer main, in several different mmos, including this one, this is not the game for you to ignore half of your job because you want to heal only, this isnt even about using cleric stance lol. If you are not using your cards as an Astro, why in the world are you playing Astro. I'm surprised people even take the time to tell you how to play your class. That is a huge no no. With that being said, you pay your subscription just like everyone else, and i will vote kick you every time, no warning. You have a right to your own Playstyle and i have a right to not put up with it.
