    If it's the one that says "struts like a Songbird" in the chatbox it's from the Little Ladies' Day event going on right now. Quest starts in Ul'dah.
    If not it may be a custom emote.

    For a moment I thought she meant the slow walk your character sometimes does in cutscenes. I never really thought about it before but I guess that'd be a nice, slower-paced version of walk to have ~

    It's most likely you are referring to the /songbird emote from the current seasonal event. There's only a couple days left to the event before it goes off so you might want to finish it now.
