Hi all,

Been trying to transfer my alt (Risetto Retsuko) from Carbuncle to Tonberry for the past 2 weeks. While I am aware that the most optimal way to do so is World Transfer, I have been unable to for some reason while my friends are able to (stayed up at 5am-7am to transfer, I don't see Tonberry in my Mogstation although Lodestone tends to say otherwise). Not sure if its because I already have x1 character in Tonberry although according to the guidelines, I should be able to.

Hoping for some support in this.
