Dancer - A healer that's a real support class with buffs like Haste Samba
Tank: Blue Mage Having abilities like White Wind, Mighty Guard, bad breath as cooldowns, fire/ice breath as debuffs and aoe hate. goblin punch as single target hate/damage.
Healer: Dancer channel casting based healer that is pure support for those who crave that playstyle. channel casting -heals/supports that are only in effect while channeling and could increase in effectiveness over time with some instant cast cds.
dps: Monster Tamer A pet class where you tame monsters and all your damage are through your pet, and your skills will be support spells for only your pet and command skills causing your pet to use special attacks based on species.
The reason I hope for monster tamer to play like that is because even though there are so many pet based classes in mmorpgs the pet is usually something added on or both the avatar and pet fight together. Something about having a pet and having the pet do the damage while you focus on increasing its potential feels unique, or at least rare.
I wouldn't mind seeing a Dancer, myself. Dancer, or possibly a Blue Mage.
I can also see Dancers originating in Thavnair. I bet if we got to a point in the story where we get to visit Radz-at-Han/Thavnair, we might get Dancers as a job. There was also that one guy in Ul'dah, from whom you learn the Ballroom Dance. The way the dialogue played out almost makes me believe that that was SE's hint at a future Dancer job.

Three Ilm Knights, One Thousand Malm Road
DANCER, Because my wife will switch off main tank because of fast queues for that job and she is getting stressed as a main tank.

Geomancer as a DPS and Dancer as a healer or DPS support Please!!![]()
If there will only be 2 new jobs in 5.0, then I would like to see Blue Mage as tank and Dancer as healer.
Geomancer would be a cool one as well but would like Blue Mage and Dancer first.
Please get in the classic FF jobs before moving the focus to 'FFXIV original' jobs.
Seems like dancer geomancer and blue Mage are so far the most popular ones.
Pistomancer as a healer, I want to shoot at people to heal them ^^
Alchemist as dps, working like ninja put with more items combinason that jutsu
No idea for tank, i don't play one :/
People don't know how to take criticism anymore, and bad play is rewarded with with a coddling mentality. Yes, this is a casual game for the most part - that doesn't mean people need to walk on eggshells in fear of getting reported for pointing out things. This whole 'please don't say anything even slightly negative' mentality that we seem to be going towards and the devs seemingly pushing towards it is creating a disturbing trend.
