You joke, but this might be a really good idea. Splitting the Q&A into a Lore/Music/Glamour panel and a Gameplay Panel could really help. It would set certain expectations from the audience and ensure viewers can learn about what the content they're interested.

Sadly customer support is a huge issue. Dude asked the wrong question, in my opinion, but brought up a good topic.

The Customer Support for this game is terrible. I have had so many friends temporarly banned or suspended for credit card issues they could not control.

There was even an issue highlighted recently by a community member on the ffxiv reddit ( I dont have the link on hand im sure someone else will post it eventually ) about how difficult it was to get his account fixed for a credit card charge back he did not authorize.

Someone had the balls to actually ask Yoshida on the Q&A panel about getting his banned account back at PAX. The salt is real.

His acct wasn't banned, he clearly said that he took a break for a year and when he wen't to resub it was gone

Happened to me in WoW, called CS waited 2 minutes had account restored and live after proving it was mine in another minute. Hilariously fast and easy. I don't make a habit of testing MMO service but the few times I did for WoW it was buttery smooth. I've actually not had issue with SE but haven't really contacted about much lol, have heard horror stories about losing account to credit card issues though. (Another thing WoW has fairly streamlined).

2FA plus a 500 million character long password containing lowercase, uppercase, numbers, and symbols. Let's see someone crack into that account in their lifetime (without use of keylogger etc, I mean through brute force)
