    Square Enix MogStation Problem from website

    there been a problem with the mog station website any way of buying month or buying from the game store for item is not working with credit card, bank card - there only thing that work would be steam and crysta or the other website for square enix.com to buy digita code for 2 month

    square enix please repair your payment method ive contacted you multiple time and you said the same thing i contacted my bank account they have no problem accepting our way of payment they said it come from your wedsite that refusing the transaction

    Same thing happened to me today. Bought item yesterday no problems today 401 errors.

    I'm also experiencing the same issues with the MogStation for a week, tried 2 different credit cards and a prepaid visa (which i just bought today), still getting the annoying 601 and 401 errors...I have already tried email support, but hasn't exactly been helpful (>_>).

    I just want to access my 3rd/4th retainers.
