Best way to level up as a dps

I noticed that the fates in Diadem have the potential to give exp. You can see an exp icon when you complete it, but it would say "0" when you're level 60. Though I was under the impression you had to be level 60 to enter... wondering if this was intentional?

I think that will be for lvl60 to lvl70 come Stormblood. Alternatively, in ARR the lvl50 instances still showed the Exp you could get but it was always set to zero as you had to be lvl50 to get in. Come Heavensward I believe that they started to show the Exp again because of the raise in level cap.
