[Suggestion] Please remove number cap on certain outdoor furnishings

Not really sure where to put this so it is going in general discussion. Would it be possible to remove the cap on the maximum number of "plant" furnishing items allowed for outside decoration? I am not talking about unique items, such as the Sephirot tree/root, etc. I am also not asking for an overall total cap increase.

I an referring to lupin plots, oriental grass, dandelion plots, etc. If I want to cover my entire yard in grass and lupin, I should should be able to. Not what I am aiming for but, it's a bit silly there's a cap on these items.

Was talked about at Frankfurt live letter. They will work on increasing inside furnishing first, but it's harder to increase outdoor ones because they all need to be rendered- yours and your neighbors. Basically, server strain is your culprit.

Thanks for the response but, I was looking for something else. Specifically, I was asking if it would be possible to remove the number cap on a certain furnishing type for outdoor decoration. For example, I would like to be able to decorate my yard with lupin plots, oriental grass, moongrass plots, morning glory plots, and dandelion plots. Unfortunately, due to the cap on the number of plot type furnishing items you can place in your yard; I cannot use as many as I would like. I am fine with the overall 40 cap right now; I would just like to be able to decorate my yard with more plant-type items.

I think that cap is there because those furnishings take up a lot more resources to render.

Just to make sure it's clear what the OP is after, the flower/grass plots have a restriction of 10 regardless of your plot size.

※Up to ten flower plots may be placed in a single garden, regardless of type.

The following items are included in this restriction:
Morning Glories
Moongrass Plot
Dandelion Garden Patch
Sunflower Plot
Lupin Plot
Oriental Grass
Dravanian Down Tree

I would like to be able to have terrain flooring for yards. Similar to flooring for the inside but for the yard instead. Yard floors for grass, snow, dirt, maple leaf piles, Blossom pedal, flower floors, tundra, rocks or mulch , ect. But let them cover the ENTIRE yard.

I love flowers as well and I'd like to put as many as I can in my garden too, and I really hate that limitation. They should remove it.

As has been said, the flowers take up a lot more server & client graphical rendering resources than static items (like a bench) so have to be limited. An entire housing ward where everyone filled their gardens with nothing but flowers would be fantastic but would probably crash the servers &/or run at 5fps on PC & not even render on PS3.

20 for a small is very limited. I would hope they could add at least add 5 additional slots. It's very hard to be creative with that few. I understand the issue of rendering items but after all they're dropping PS3 support and are upgrading the servers. It would seem to me that increasing the amount should be feasible.

I do think he's indicated that they'll revisit the idea after they implement additional indoor slots and transfers.

Which seems reasonable for the limitation, I just wonder how taxing the animated trees that lack this limitation are in comparison.

Again, the OP is talking about a specific limitation set on a select number of the outdoor items , not the limitation of all outdoor items.
