Ceremony of Eternal Bonding | Incorrect Time Display

Hello all!!
My partner and I are attempting to schedule a Ceremony of Eternal Bonding, however, she is shown odd numbered hours and I am shown even numbered hours. My invitation is set for 2200 EDT 20-Mar-2017 [0200 UTC 21-Mar-2017] (10:00pm) while her invitation is set for 2100 MDT 20-Mar-2017 [0300 UTC 21-Mar-2017] (9:00pm). So my invitation is an hour later than her invitation.
Will this affect our ceremony?
-If YES, how do we resolve this?
-If NO, which time do we follow?

The time displayed is based on your system's local time. Does one of you have daylight savings time on/off?

Times on invitations and reservation are done in local time. You're both UTC-6 or UTC-5, right? Your times are correct.

We both have daylight savings set to automatic and it matches up properly with our local times. We also checked to make sure everything was local time and not server time.

She is UTC-7, I'm UTC-5, so our proper time zones don't seem to be reflected.

Hmm. Have you tried giving any invitations to guests yet? What times do they see?

Yo! The time in your reservations panel (and in invites) IS using the timezone the player have setup in his/her pc/console. If hours aren't ok, it means someof you have incorrect timezone settings in their pc or console. Setup them correcly and retry to check the reservation panel together, it must be coherent with your local times.

Sure of this 100%, have made a reservation a few days ago and it has confirmed 1 hour zone difference (I see 10pm, she see 9pm, same slot).
