[Request] Can we have a Triple Triad NPC at each flag in shatter?

The point being that taking a flag for 2 secs it pointless, just wait until they flag it and take it back. They are wasting time if they can't hold it for a decent amount of time.

Getting 2+ people to go away from the team isn't pointless.
