It's a hyperbole, few people get lucky and people think it's a dilemma, far as I've seen you'll be lucky if 1 person in the whole group gets a weapon drop, you'll be lucky if you get to fight the boss during the hour you are in. With those variables in mind if people did the content 24/7 there is a 1/24 chance that a person may get a weapon if the boss spawns, if you beat it, etc. It's honestly amusing because how many times have people complained "What's the point of this new content if the gear is already outdated." and now SE actually puts in a weapon that's better than all content in the game and people are crying "How could they do this, add in better gear with the new content!" You can't win, people are going to complain either way and this is coming from someone who completed their anima. I don't care that these 280 weapons drop, it's intriguing honestly and until we see how it pans out in a month we can't know what the odds of getting one are.

Has anyone figured out what the Mhachi portal in the Missing Gem is for yet?

And old diadem had buried coffers which could get you loot and even spawn bosses if you were dilligent enough (or at least contribute to popping tracks), and that's also gone.

I know you can get bronze coffers from Corrupted Sprites and there are silver and gold coffers too, just don't know where...

That's where you go when the Emergency Mission pops. Don't think it has any other relevance.

after about half an hour the emergency FATE will spawn which is akin to the big FATES with different music you come across in heavensward or behemoth/odin. This FATE is the one that can reward a weapon or just a lot of chests.

the chests are turned in for random junk, brass spoils, or pink gear

**MIGHT** spawn, not "will spawn" we got one NM (at 54 mins in) & no Emergency Mission FATE at all. It's purely RNG that *may* be influenced by the amount of FATEs done & Corrupted Sprites killed but that is unverified.
