Well looks like they'll have +3 more weapon damage, slightly more main stats, 3-4 secondaries as opposed to 2. So I'd say it makes the Anima weapons obsolete already IF you acquire a Diadem weapon.

And if the RNG smiles upon you and you get useful stats...

As will the Alexander, Augmented Shire and Lux weapons. Hence my point. The chances of you getting these i280 weapons is stupidly rare, but SE needed something to entice people to actually do the new Diadem. What better way than something they know will "piss off" a group of people that don't stop and consider things. You know, how Wondrous Tails added in HQ gear with 5 slots- if you're ever lucky enough to get 3 lines.

Nor will any of the items from that expansion matter when the next one comes out. And one day, earth will cease to exist so everything is for Alphinaught.

Maybe people can stop using that argument now that they know how silly it sounds.
